i doubt it would be speed glued as his racket would be tested. But i imagine the rubber would be special for him from Donic so wont be the same as off the shelf. Prob a custom thickness and hardness and weight

i have spectol on a bat to try short pips. Havent payed short pips before, and only tried LP for 2 months or so last summer. Let me know how you get on as interested to hear your progress. do you have coaching/ specialist coaching for pips? Or watching anything in particular online?

Speed glue drys really fast - doesn't need half a day. People i know that still use it glue 10/15mins before playing.

I think its a preference thing rather than speed glue. Ive tried the multiply layer thing and tbh much prefer just one layer on the blade and one on the rubber. You have to remember too - hes changing rubbers very often - so it doesn't need to be fixed for months. Probably just uses a thin...
