Thats a heavy setup!! And yes, I feel it’s more suited to forehand. For the backhand, it would slow down the stroke too much due to its weight.

Im using the IF Layer ALC. FH: Nittaku Pro 3 BH: T05 Weight: 195g Previously I used two T05 and it weighs 184g.
