  1. Spinny serves

Hi all, Problem here is a bit different...we don't know what kind of wood he's using even if we can imagine he will keep the same, then we don't know which rubbers he's using. Said that if the blade is the same the difference will come from the rubbers. I agree being a good server comes more...
  2. Alternative to Primorac Carbon

Hi Lazer, I've changed my rubbers too and now using Tibhar FX-P max both side with my Primorac Carbon, I really love the feeling it gives me with a very loudy sound. I've made 6 training with this set up now and feel very confident with it, the average for me is better than Primorac with T80fx...

Hi all, has someone bought it and tested it??
  4. Alternative to Primorac Carbon

Hi, the original H-3-9 was 9mm thick and changed last year or maybe 2 years ago to 7mm so it needs to be slower now as it was in the past. I'm still searching a H-5-9 with ST handle ( Tibor)
  5. Alternative to Primorac Carbon

Hi Thomas, the Primorac is 7.0 mm ( I use it since several years), not 6.9 and everybody forgot the Garaydia ZLC which is close to the primorac but a bit slower. Discontinued but still available in Europe at least in FL and AN.

  8. Bernadette Szocs playing with the NEW PINK RUBBER!

Hi Yogi, put a black car and a white one under the sun in summer...there's around 5ºc of difference inside between both. And that's a fact. ;-)

  10. Spinniest but fastest all-wood blade that you've tried.

  11. Spinniest but fastest all-wood blade that you've tried.

That's always funny when we talk about wood and spin ;-), our friend dwell is always there !! IMO and as UpsidedownCarl explained as I felt in love with hinoki when I was young I would say my Klampar-H, without the speed glue and with the speed glue more and the 38mm celluloid...Sriver fx max +...

Any DIY store, you should find there your dream. Don't take the electric one, not good but the 3M are amazing.
  13. Nittaku Fastarc G-1 on FH, Tibhar FX-P on bh on Stiga Nostalgic blade

Hi Foxy, good for what? What's your style and what are you searching? And which level you have? With which padle are you playing today? Why you want to change? When I started more than 40 years ago in France, the standard blade was Thibar B-5-7 with a speedy spin 1.5 FH and Vari Spin 1.5 BH...

  16. [Butterfly] Super ZLC ... Help :(

I would not say Ten05 is very soft....but a colleague from my team is playing with a Mizutani szlc with 2 Ten05fx 2.1. quite a good combo for his style, allround offensive , in this range of speed I prefer my Primorac carbon, seems to me to have more feeling maybe due to the outer ply in Hinoki?
  17. cant move forward, wrong blade or rubber

Hi Hamasaki, I don't think so, specially when he said he's going fine during training ( but with the long pimple or backside?) Then it could come from mental. Do you feel comfortable when you play? Do you feel extra pressure? Maybe this is what you have to train, your mental under competiton...
  18. The "old" blades - still a valid option or not

Well... for me the only valid option is the one you're confortable with. Doesn't matter the blade and the rubber. If after some reasonable training you don't like your bat so change it.
  19. Dwell Time .....

Hi Brokenball, I put 10 milliseconds as 1 milliseconds, I don't know exactely how long it is apart some miliseconds. It's just to explain you have for the same dwell time a lot of possibilities. That's not dwell time who increase the spin but the material you use and your stroke. Regards
