Thank you. I did not know that H3 was meant to be boosted and I am very happy with unboosted H3, so I'll just stick to that for now. Maybe in the future I'll see if i can't find any other good and cheap chinese rubbers.

Ah ok. So buying a provincial H3 wouldn't be too much different from buying the same rubber but with a blue sponge. except for 10USD of course.

But BTW. I never tune my rubber. So is getting rubber with BS completely out of the question or can I still use it effectively without tuning it?
