  1. LF: N058, N655, N656, N301 or other national version DHS blade

I have a K161... pretty rare these days to find.
  2. What are the best orange balls?

I have both Nittaku and DHS orange balls. I'd give a slight edge to Nittaku but at half the cost you can't go wrong with the DHS!
  3. Hurricane Long 5 GOLDEN version review

I'm bummed I don't have a w968 to compare just a w968-5 which isn't much of a comparison. Not sure if I should put on prov h3 or d09c... decisions decisions.
  4. Hurricane Long 5 GOLDEN version review

I just bought two of them. I have a ton of other blades i'll be comparing it with... Vis SALC, HL5, LYJ szlc, LSW zlf, DHS K161, and more so stay tuned for a review whenever I receive them!

I received an 89 90 and 91 g blade which is pretty amazingly consistent. Put 09c on both sides of one will give some feedback tomorrow.

    3 incoming tomorrow!
  7. advice please on moving from tenergy

D05 has a harder sponge and better top sheet compared to t05. This makes it less bouncy and touch shots but just as fast with a little effort. D05 also has better durability and should last longer than T05.
  8. Slower Rubber bcs of bad technique?

Rozena is almost as fast as tenergy. Flip your racket and try 09c on the bh. Boosted aibiss is like 09c at half the price.
  9. O9C Durability

D05 lasts longer than 09C in my experience. A great alternative to 09C is Aibiss but it must be boosted. I have 09c on LYJ szlc and Aibiss on Harimoto szlc and ZJK ALC. They play extremely similar and at almost 1/3 of the price - plus, the booster effect doesn't degrade(yet but only been...
  10. Viscaria Super ALC release!

Maybe @hipnotic can chime in his thoughts on the new material. Would be sweet to see him do a tear down and compare to some of the fibers he uses.
  11. Viscaria Super ALC release!

It’s slightly faster with a softer touch according to the new blade matrix. Price in JP is approx. $240 USD so I’m guessing $249 when they get to the states. This is just speculation but FZD pro model of this blade will probably release in a month or two for $279.
  12. Viscaria+ Rubbers change

Boosted aibiss… tackier than 09c with similar speed spin and throw.
  13. Controlling EJ

I am going through a similar phase. What slowed me down was buying the most expensive highest rated equipment. My thought process is knowing I have the best I can buy there is no need to compromise. So I’ve shrunk my collection of blades to a select few. Rubbers I’m still experimenting but at...
  14. Dhs h8-80

What glue did you use? My h8-80 was great and put it on a buddy’s paddle he really enjoys it too.
  15. What table tennis rubbers & blade do you use?

Better top sheet and short game then t05… requires slightly more effort to get speed.

  17. Victas Triple Double Extra review

Did that multiple times over the few weeks I had it. It never even came back to semi tacky.
  18. Victas Triple Double Extra review

I was super impressed by the TDE when I first glued it on my blade. Tackier than H3 and a very lively sponge. Within 30 minutes that amazing tackiness disappeared and never came back. The biggest let-down I've ever experienced in a rubber. If you want a fast tacky rubber stick to boosted...
