tearing

Well, my rubber topsheet tore. In the middle, and a huge chunk. By rubbing my forearm, I can js feel it ripping slowly. I know this means the rubber is cooked, but how? Less speed? Less spin? What are the specifics? ik this is kinda a dumb question to ask but the more you know 😁👍
