Yes, it proved a hard challenge for ITTF to enforce the "no-booster" rule. However we did eventually cope the task with an obvious success. A novelty hitech NIR spectrometer is now designed and manufactured to mantain fair play both with players and brand owners. The end price should be a subject of a two-party agreement between ITTF and the @Stratio International developing enterprise.
