Looks like a beginner rubber. Not that Andro needs any more of those lol. Couldn't find a USA-based retailer of the product, the only ones I saw were from Europe

Not quite, but not too far away.
The BYPE rubbers are intended to be the intermediate step between the GTT rubbers and the Hexer series.
There is also a 40 degree version.
