Boosted H3N vs Boosted H8 vs Boosted H8-80 vs 09C

Right a lot of you guys probably know I play 09C on my BH of my Provincial W968. However, I’m thinking about the long term, and 09C would be pretty expensive for replacing every single time (normally 110 CAD per sheet, prott sells for 90 CAD but idk if legit). It’s cheaper for me to get H3N 37, H8 37, and H8-80 37, all provincial version from prott. I plan to boost 2 layers with Haifu Seamoon regular. Which one would be best for my blade? I developed my BH quite a bit now and I can powerloop very well with my BH now. Short game has improved with 09C but still a little bouncy at times so that’s why I consider a Hurricane rubber.

Hurricane 3 neo 37 has similar traits to 09c. It has everything besides the first speed (racket speed) Your power loop will suffer from the lack of speed, making it more demanding.

You could give Yasaka thunder dragon a try. I bought mine for €17 and i am super happy with it. Pretty sure tabletennis gan made a video of it

Didn’t he also say the quality of the rubber is terrible (referring to the WCQ blade review of Gan)

I should also mention that I have played with H3 Neo 37 before on a super viscaria with one layer of booster but felt it was too slow for blocking. I tried a friends blade with H3N 37 on his W968 and felt it faster than the super vis combo with H3. Interesting to me

Yeah, my rubber after 2/3 months looks like i used it for 2 years+ and left it in a dusty closet uncovered. It has more grip now than when i got it new, zero problem there in topsheet. Fragile sponge so no hitting against table.
