Comparison between Battle 2 Provincial, Battle 2 National and Loki Arthur China

Hello,

Anyone tried all three rubbers and can give me some insight how they behave. I'm currently playing Battle 2 provincial with one layer of booster.

Does the national rubber version also need one layer of booster and how does Loki Arthur China compare to the Battle 2 rubbers?

Was able to play battle 2 national and provincial and I would say there’s not much of a difference. Both rubbers are so good. I wasn’t able to play with rxton since I’m not a fan of it but if I compare battle 2 with my hurricane 3 neo national, I would say that battle 2 is more tacky. The H2nN is almost non tacky but is very grippy. Playing characteristics wise, I feel more confident with my strokes when using H3nN. This doesn’t mean that battle is not a good rubber tho. I just prefer h3 still😅. If you’re on a tight budget then go get yourself a battle 2 provincial.

Never tried B2 National, but B2 Prov has a low throw angle. I personally find it very uncomfortable and it leads to errors. It's particularly harder to loop underspin.

Arthur China is faster unboosted, and reacts stronger to booster. So I find it very comparable to D09c's spin and speed after boosting. It has a higher throw angle than B2 and much easier to use. Excellent rubber.

Both battle 2 provincial and gold have low throw, much lower than h3, they're very tricky to play with and even boosted not much change. No idea for national.
