Cure Water rubber cleaner?

Butterfly has a Cure Water rubber cleaner. They provide NO information about it. What is it and what's the difference between it and a foam cleaner?

Does anyone use Butterfly Cure water? Does it clean better than Foam Refresh? Does Cure Water protect the rubber better?

Does Cure Water protect the rubber better?

I use it once in a while and I do not notice any other effect other than that it cleans well.
As for comparison to other cleaners, I don´t use any, normally just water.
So what did I expect from Cure Water? To lift my BTY order to the amount that qualified it for free shipping. Next time it might as well be edge tape again ;-)

So, good cleaner, but in my opinion no miracle cure.
