Difference between 2.1 and 1.9mm on Dignics 05

Hi, my friend who originally planned to buy a Dignics 05 2.1mm on a DHS H301X, since my local retailer has the 2.1mm version out of stock and they only have a 1.9mm, what’s the difference? thanks. I am in China currently on vacation and Butterfly products are cheaper here than Europe by a lot. My local retailer has a Dignics 09C on 2.1, if there is not much difference I will tell him about it.

For backhand or forehand? I used both 2.1 and 1.9 on backhand. 2.1 seems faster and has a higher ceiling by a tiny margin but more difficult to hit through. If you have good muscle and basic technique, there shouldn’t be any problem to use 2.1. For forehand, it’s better to go with 2.1mm.
