Does this racket look right to you?

I am a beginner player and I just got my first ever customized racket.

I asked for the Air DefenderS 1.5mm for the black rubber, and Air Scirocco 1.8mm for the red rubber. I assume the thickness refers to only the topsheet and not topsheet+sponge?

As you can see in the photo below however, it appears the black topsheet is slightly thicker than the red topsheet. The red sponge is thinner than the white sponge though, so overall the right side might be a tiny bit thicker than the left side (both sides are about 3mm in total thickness). Did I get the correct rubbers put on this racket?

It is really hard to judge with measurement methods you use, but they are roughly ok. Difference between 1.5 and 1.8 mm of sponge thickness is not that big when measuring with ruler. If you want to be super sure, use calipers, but basing on the picture, they look right to me.

Oh the 1.5mm/1.8mm is for the inner layer, not the outer layer?

Yes, sponge thickness relates only to the sponge or as you called it, the inner layer.
