Friendship/729 V-5 Carbon

Hi guys,i found Friendship/729 V-5 Carbon blade on ebay for only 18 $,and i really want carbon blade so i want to order it.
But,the problem is-i cant find any review about this blade.
So did anyone used this blade and is it good?
