I'm going to spend 2 holiday weeks in south-western Germany, precisely touring around in Black Forest north area (nordliche Schwarzwald for German speaking audience).

Is there any good TT shop that worth a visit? I'd like to make a gift to my 9yo son (shoes, shirts....for blade/rubbers I let his coach do purchasing)
Or maybe a TT halle/centre to play during rainy days?

Other half of the family is not so involved in TT, so driving time (let's say from Baden-Baden) shouldn't be too much

@backspacer
maybe you could advise?
@CyNyC I guess these stores would be the closest: Sport Piehl and TT Shop Schwetzingen. They are both small so don't expect a gigantic inventory. TT centers aren't really a thing here. Your best bet would be to just go to some clubs and play there, but that will pretty much always be in the evening between Monday and Friday. You could come to us in Mannheim. The Karlsruhe area including Grünwettersbach is much closer, though. Unfortunately I don't know any clubs personally there. Here is a list of some Karlsruhe clubs. You should be good if you write them an E-Mail in advance and ask whether you could join.

Hello,
no rainy days, so no need to join any place... but I was positively suprised by the amount of outdoor tables you can find in the area.
Every "spielplatz" or any playground area has 1 or even 2 tables, and they are relatively new and in good shape.
Congratulations :)
