I get a very low throw using t05 on a yasaka sweden classic. They are $28 on tt11 rght now, so maybe that doesn't meet your minimum price requirement. And they are limba outer not hinoki. But a thin looping blade with low throw for sure. The ST handle is very rectangular, which I love, you might not.

Limba plies dont grab the ball like hinoki does

Just yesterday I was watching this review of Cornilleau Target GT rubber on a Hinotec blade. The Hinotec OFF- might be another candidate.
