The 802-1 needs a lot of help, but after 6-7 layers of help, its not far behind the Rakza 9 [emoji16][emoji849][emoji6]

I was thinking the R9 might be good on that. How does this beauty play?

To answer kukamonga's question about where you have found so many old time blades, kukamonga, I think he sneaks into people's garages and raids their shelves looking for old stuff. That and the internet which amounts to the same thing.

I have a feeling it will be a sweet Off- blade.

If you find another one of those Bandas for a good price, I am going to have to get you to get it and ship it to me. If it is that kind of price, I will pay the price, the shipping and a finder's fee we can talk about via PM or email.

Nope, no dacota.
These old ones are finds at local auctions. I once baught a Stiga hybrid wood. That blade cost more than all the blades combined in that pic above.. ;)

These bandas were a stroke of luck. They just happen to kick my earlier blades ass. :)

The family looks looks like this. (Missing in the pic is a stiga wrb and a stiga extreme oversize)

Hi, i bought something similar three months ago, it's an allround wood to, but i guess yours it's a few years older. Mine came with a Ulf "Tickan" Carlsson/Stiga 2000 AN handle and Yasaka Cobra Ultra with 2.0 pink sponge.
I'm thinking of sealing it, and of course, change rubbers.
What kind of rubbers would be nice for that blade? I'd like something fast (since the blade is not that fast) and not too expensive (i mean, tenergy's are too expensive here, too much money)

First round today at practice.
Im impressed.
Plays like you suspected, real responsive. Every ball is felt.
Decent speed thanks to the rakza 9. I find the R9 not as spinny as Rakza 7 but the softnes of the blade itself made it quite nice to play spinny balls. Sadly the rubber is also heavier than the R7. :(
The überboosted 802-1 did an ok job, but not a keeper.

I switched back and forth from the Kjell to the Banda. The kjell is really great i feel, the feedback lets you correct your shots really nice. Had no trouble playing agressive with it from start. Switching to the Banda you feel nothing. Its like a tank! And so, not surpricing to anyone, in speed its like comparing a unicycle to the ThrustSSC..

Some day it will wear some Rakza 7 rubbers. But, for real games, the Banda is twice as good. (no joke)...

I don't want to hijack, but i'd like to answer:

Sebas, you can try to check www.deti016.com
He's a collector and a real friendly person and has organized a classic blade for me at a reasonable price.

A friend of mine has still got one, but I can't ask him at the moment. He'll return in a couple of weeks. If you want to i can ask, if he likes to sell it.

Not to forget about this one here...
This was also a pretty nice find.
