Rumour new Butterfly rubbers

Hello, I wanted to share a discussion I had a few weeks ago with a Buttefly official. I 100% trust this man but won’t overdescribe him for his privacy.

So basically he said to me that a Tenergy 09C will come out « soon » (finally, it has been played by timo years ago..)

And that a tacky « zyre style » rubber will come out but « later » ( perhaps the Zeed 03 ?)

Butterfly did put other people's duties on you. It is you in person who is forced to pay for those sponsored players. This is how economical laws do work.

its pretty much this. Zeed 03 with 55° and sticky could be very technically demanding and hard to play but maybe better short game thdn Zyre 03.

I think I saw an orange Tenergy sponge on Patrick Franziskas blade in his last TTBL match against Bergneustadt. Atleast it looked like it on my camera when I zoomed in between sets.
And if I am not mistaken he was spotted with T09c in a WTT turnament once before.
Originally I wanted to check wether he played Zyre or 09c on FH that day, since he not really sticks to one rubber on one side. He actually switched sides mid game.

I would've assumed something like Zyre 0Xc keeping in the BTY naming convention. Hopefully won't have to wait too long!

It was already listed as Zeed 03 on the larc list.
Maybe they will change it

Let's take history as reference.

Gewo came out with Super Select Series then Donic came out with Bluestorm series and Andro with their Rasanter EC series. All thin topsheet, extra thick sponge. Adoption rate? Meh!

Boom! Butterfly came out Zyre03 which is same as above and Boom! In trend!

Xiom came out tacky sixty degree ESN hardness sponge ( Guang ) and hardly make any hoo hah...

If history is any good reference; Zeed03 super tacky and sixty degree hardness, will it start a trend?

The next hard rubber coming to the market will be named ROCK. Why not? and current hard rubbers are almost as hard as rocks already.
