Hello Friends,

As I said earlier once that I will recording my session and posting it soon.

I am playing with one of my friend. We are always serving each other from right hand side cross court as we are preparing to serve during our doubles match coming up.

My default setup of my blade is in profile but from last few weeks since I am in search of next blade setup and I already removed the my rubber from my blade, I am playing with a premade paddle for the time being.

I am looking forward to your comments what mistakes and flaws I have in my game and what can I do to improve them? Do you see any strengths in my game.

Looking forward to hear more from everyone.

Thanks

Your forehand topspin is pretty severely flawed - have you practiced it or do you just play? A lot of things to unpack there but firstly, your wrist seems to flap and fold in all different directions on various forehand topspins within the first few minutes of the video. Not sure if you have footage of you practicing forehand topspin but that would be a good place to start.

I see occasional glimpses of good stuff, alternated with a lot of what seems to be mainly coordination issues.
While that may sound harsh, it actually gives a great opportunity to improve a lot with a few changes.

1. Your weight distribution. Especially prominent when moving from FH to BH, your weight gets stuck on the left leg and you have to correct with a wrist movement to get the ball in the right direction. You can fix it by moving your feet more to the left before starting the stroke.
In the same subject, between points you just seem to go completely limp sometimes and then forget to reset to focused mode when starting the next point.
In general, you want to be light footed, with most of the weight on the balls of your feet.
One more on the subject is when you move to upright position during a stroke, especially pushes. This will probably get better as soon as you work on your general weight distribution but it could be something to use to detect when you are off balance.

2. The premade situation is a problem. You hardly generate any amount of spin with any stroke you do, and blocks generally don't make it over the net. It's killing any feeling for spin you have developed.
Stick your old rubber back on for now, borrow equipment, idk how but resolve it because it is very clearly hurting your whole game.

Last, tip for doubles, try out BH serves from FH corner. This gives your partner a lot of room to see and react to the receive.

Thanks @Tyce for all your valuable suggestion. You were not harsh at all on the contrary it was positive feedback of my game. I may or may not be able to fix everything but it is a good starting point for me to understand what I need to focus. I know my foot work have been awful and even when I want to on the front foot I immediately go back to my heels just after playing 1-2 balls.
