I recently started training with 3 of those. I again had a break from training due to work. This thing was amazing when re-learning the strokes again. The most important thing for me was the ability to immediately see if the stroke I made made the ball spin. It showed me that when I thought the ball was spinning, it was not... Enabled me to make the adjustments quickly.

It's so valuable to revisit the basics every now and then! Especially when you change a couple of things, technical or equipment, checking whether the usual things are still there is gold.
