Hello everybody, greetings from a table tennis camp here in Czech Republic . I'm here in my element - I like it so much! Even that feeling of weariness
We (as older players) are not cared for as much as small children are, so we can mostly built up our training by the table ourselves (of course the physical part we are trained by trainers). So I have the possibility to train how long I want and how hard I want and what I want
So which exercises would you recommend me to do?
Which do you like for:
Service and receiving, short play,
First and second topspin,
Counter spin,
Changing forehand and backhand,
Leg movement,
Lobbing and defensive play,
Regular / irregular combinations.
What would you suggest, which are you favourite exercises?
Thank you very much!
