What can change the topsheet characteristics?

Im curious to what can actually cause differences and changes in the topsheet of a rubber.
Apart from oxidation.
Anything related to this.

Stretching, boosting, glue, water, plastic sheets ( sticky, unsticky) .
Etc.

Since you included something you do to a top sheet I have done this.
I have tried using Armor All on a top sheet to make it slick like an anti.

sweat, the best cleaner out there. And I heard oily sweat make the chinese rubbers stickier

You can make non sticky topsheet sticky. I bought the special glue, which after applying to topsheet can make old Hurricane 3 sticky again. Here is the picture:
