What rubber and blade to pick for modern spin defense with short pips?

hey,

so i am interested to invest some time and training to try out modern defense with short pips.

I just wanted to know what you think of a Koji Matsushita Defense and victas short pips d3.

maybe you have a different suggestion.

I used to play LP with a slow blade (Defplay Classic Senso) and I found out I have not enough power on FH.

SP are determined for a more active play, I believe. Koji Matsushita Defense + D3 would definitely work, but in the end you would notice the same, I'm afraid... not enough power on FH.

And Revspin says that Koji Matsushita Defense is even slower than Defplay Classic Senso. Users recommend it for LP OX, which makes sense imho.

I believe that Koji Matsushita Offensive + D3 should work for you as well. I would probably go for Koji Matsushita Offensive + S3 because of their uniqueness & vertical alignment. Well, my advise is 'go for Koji Matsushita Offensive and use your intution to choose a proper rubber'.
