which BLADE ?

I like more softer blades and soft rubbers. Currently I play with Victas 5.5 balsa, fh Andro R42, bh Andro Hexer grip SFX and sometimes I fell on fh that does not grab the ball well.

Which is better blade for topspins with more arc for allround game (also for puskes, block,..), not hard feeling and that grabs the ball well?
Andro Novacell ALL/S or Andro Kanter FO ALL/S ?

Which is more speed, control, arc, etc...any experience?

For advice I would be grateful.

The sfx is extremely grippy, if you feel like it doesn't have grip it's because of your technique. These rubbers need snap and brush to use, you can't be passive with them.

Butterfly Korbel, generally something softer and lighter. As long as it's not too hard you should be fine.
