which one should i choose

in my budget i was suggested yinhe n11s blade with yinhe mercury ii rubbers on both side. i looked for loki e 8 star carbon in my budget. provided that i like to play offensive which racket should i go for?

The N11s is a nice, quite fast wooden blade. You should absolutely go for a self made bat. You'll get better performance out of this. The Mercury II is a bit slower, so perhaps you like this on backhand and wants something faster on forehand? Check out Sanwei - Taiji Light, LOKI - Rxton I or perhaps a 2-pcs of rubbers like Sanwei - T88-III or Kokutaku - 868 Blütenkirsche...

Will it be a major difference in t88 I and T88 III?

That's the Sanwei - Ultra Spin rubber. It's a bit faster and more spinny, so the next step from T88-III. Nice price for good performance.
