Which rubber and blade should I use? Pretty cheap.. like under $250

If you look at my current setup, you can see i am using double sriver with a SK7... SK7 doesn't seem to go well with the sriver... Anyone got cheap good combinations? I would like to keep sriver on my forehand though. I orignially wanted the Xiom Offensive S, but I couldn't find a place that wasn't sold out or they didn't have it.
