Why does my seamoon have a oven-baked smell?

I just opened a new bottle of Seamoon, and it has a strange smell, like a oven smell or something baking.

I've gone through 5 or 6 bottles of seamoon, and this is the first time I have noticed this kind of smell.

Anybody else ever seen this before? I also notice that this specific bottle doesn't have the haifu QR code that is on all my other bottles. Could it possible be fake? I bought it from here: https://www.aliexpress.us/item/3256..._main.182.2bf21802BNYBoD&gatewayAdapt=glo2usa

You're asking the wrong question. Why does your oven-baked food smell like Seamoon?
