I’m looking for a Yinhe Pro-01 in FL. Some places states the weight as 88-93 g, some as 90 +/- 3 g, and some as 93 +/- 3 g.
Anyone who have played several and knows what weights to go for and what to steer clear of?

It's a lower balanced blade, mine feels pretty nimble at 91g. I wouldn't go much higher but that's a mental threshold. Honestly a few grams would equate a thick glue job.

I have one at 91g.

For most people, it feels like a fine weight. I don't find it heavy.

If you have heavy rubbers on both sides, it does feel heavy.
