At the moment I am getting backing my old form. I used to play once a week, now it's 1-2 times a week.
Some of the extra time I want to spend on service training. I sometimes hear that my service is weak and relatively easy to attack
I think my placement and reading of the game is ok, it's just...
Does the type of blade affects the spin during performing a service? I know the key to service is using your wrist but does the type of blade (all wood & composite blade) affects the spin or the service depends more on the type of rubbers used?
I am trying to improve my forehand serves. I have only been seriously doing forehand pendulum and reverse pendulum serves for about a year and a half now. I think I finally have the right technique, but wanted to know if anyone had any suggestions. Thanks.

Can we return heavy backspin service with Backhand banana flip? I have one opponent who serves heavy backspin service(Power mostly comes from his wrist). I tried doing banana flips but all balls were in the net. :( Any suggestions will be helpful.
Thanks,
