Item details

I use to play with a Stiga Infinity VPS with Rakza 7 on fh and Bluefire M2 on bh and decided to give the Fextra a try because of the good reviews. At first sight this Japan designed blade looks like a Stiga Carbonado clone but has Clipper based structure, in other words, no carbon layers are inside, just 7 plywood layers. I wouldn't call it a clone, for me it's more like a good quality blade with excellent craftsmanship inspired in Stiga's aesthetics and structures, but with it's own character.
I glued XIOM Vega rubbers on it and YES! This blade is amazing. It is well balanced (for me better than Infinity since this is slightly heavier on the head), handle feels very comfy, strokes are quite spinny and I also like more the sound and general feel than the Infinity; Infinity is kind off "hollow" compared to Fextra. Don't be fooled about the price or the brand. This is an awesome blade and It's going to be my main blade from now. Well done, Sanwei!
