So now it is really confusing, haha. I know my BH will be a Giant Dragon Submarine.

But the FH is really confusing right now. Which will be the best for me?

I thinkk Three nine super 999t.You can get it on ebay for only 10$,and rubber is really high quality.
About H3 neo,its really hard to play with when you are not fast and if you technique is not really good(read: perfect) ;D
Both of them are great for brush looping but 999t is much much more forgiving

TT-Cro, thanks for the effort. But I rather buy my first rubbers not off eBay. I know they are really good, but what would be a good EU rubber, or a rubber that is widely available for the same style? They said something about Butterfly Sriver?

Yea,sriver is really good rubber, but my opinion is-why to pay butterfly rubber 40$ in EU when you can order rubber with same characteristics from china for 15$(sriver=friendship focus 3 snipe)

I just noticed I can buy the CTT National hero together with the Giant Dragon Submarine, here in Europe. Would that be a good combination?

I vote for yes. :)

Alright, and how do you think this rubber will perform next to the CJ8000 Biotech, Tibhar Grip-S and the DHS Hurricane 3 NEO? I want a slower rubber than the Acuda S1 Turbo, so that is not really a problem. The Donic Blnuefire JP 03 is already an improvement which I could try for a match. The rubber is too fast for me still, though. I hope you can do something with this!

Thanks.

The fact that you have tried bluefire jp 3 make things easier, that what I call true allrounder, everything 5 or 6 rubber, everything in the middle, balanced. :)

My own score for those rubber,

Donic Bluefire JP 03
block 6, drive 7, chop 6, loop 6, speed p 6, spin p 5, control 8

Palio CJ8000 Biotech 42-44° Japanese Sponge
Block 5, drive 4, chop 6, loop 5, speed p 5, spin p 6, control 5

CTT National Hero
Block 4, drive 3, chop 5, loop 4, speed p 5, spin p 6, control 3

Donic Acuda S1 Turbo, your current rubber, which I do think it is a good looper rubber.
Block 3, drive 5, chop 6, loop 7, speed p 7, spin p 7, control 5

Now I take back what I said. Based on your reply Depen, I strongly suggest you tried following rubber. :)

Tuttle Beijing 2
Block 3, drive 4, chop 8, loop 8, speed p 5, spin p 7, control 7

DHS Skyline TG3
Block 2, drive 3, chop 8, loop 8, speed p 5, spin p 8, control 5

DHS NEO Hurricane 3
Block 3, drive 3, chop 8, loop 8, speed p 6, spin p 8, control 6

Tibhar just too pricey for something on par with H3 series. :)

Or, using chopper rubber, but in thick 2.x mm thickness for easier looping.

Dawei Sprungfeder G3 A2
Block 2, drive 1, chop 10, loop 9, speed p 4 , spin p 9, control 7

DHS Hurricane 3, mine :)
Block2, drive 2, chop 9, loop 8, speed p 5, spin p 9, control 6

Kokutaku BLutenkirsche 868 Tokyo Super Tacky Japanese
Block 2, drive 1, chop 9, loop 8, speed p 4, spin p 8, control 5

Dont take the score to seriously, cause they are qualitative, not quantitative assessment, which i made myself. :)

They just to describe, for example, how easier to chop with, or to impart spin with. It dont say whether the chop shall be more effective. :)

Which would you recommend me the most? Which FH rubber? I think about DHS NEO Hurricane 3 or Skyline TG3

And just for my information; If I wanted a good blocking fh rubber which has a quite low speed and reasonable spin, which would you advice?

Sorry for asking so many questions, I just want to make a well informed choice. :)

I am just listing the spin potential; how easy to impart spin, and how susceptible it to spin. The ball spin rate provided by the player. :)

So, spin p 8 doesnt means it spinnier than spin p 5. :)

Blocking easier with slow unspinny rubber.
Chop easier with slow spinny rubber
Loop easier with fast spinny rubber.

With low spin potential rubber you can flat hit everything (block, drive, punch, etc), but with high spin potential rubber, you need to close the balde more, hence brushlooping

So, my recs on CTT and palio hold

Could you explain Brushloops? I think I do them, but I am not sure, haha!
Brushloops are those that you do to "pull" up heavy underspin shots, that means having the blade at a much more open angle and swinging with an upward action. Your normal european loop is a standard 45 degree loop that has a hint of drive action in it.

I play with 729-5 on my spare blade bh,and its perfectly controlable all-around rubber :D
Friendship rubbers are one of the "classics".In that category are some rubbers like:Sriver,Mark V,DHS H3(old),DHS PF4(in 38 mm balls era)....
They are very durable and high quality but they never developed some "strong rubbers" like Butterfly(tenergy) or DHS(H3 neo)

So I had the opportunity to test the Butterfly Sriver FX. It is loads better than the Acuda S1 turbo for me, but still too fast, I feel. Does this change anything of the recommendations? I loved the control and spin though.

I think about Friendship 729 Super FX? I want to loop, with control and block. Thanks!
