I`m happy for the blade to be in production after such long Testing process.
I have it in the hand when it was in test stage and it was looking like you are saying (Ayous Core 3,0 mm/Kevlar-Karbon/Ayous 0,55 mm/Limba 0,55 mm ) . But it was not the final blade so it could change the properties.
Anyway good looking and feeling blade ... Shame for the bad photo ...
GEWO is a German company.
This blade is manufactured in Germany, as documented on the blade surface.
Not all GEWO blades are made in Germany, though.
Looks like they sponsor ttdaily....
People here are buying only classic blades , they are to afraid to test something new. Only when Malong or Timo is playing with it.
Well, it doesn't really work that way.Alexander Valuch will soon win some huge tournament, then they will be interrested![]()
I think the blade is just too expensive.
it's in the same segment as viscaria, ebenholz, rosewood, carbonado, the xiom blades with zlc....
you also have the andro treiber line which is actually cheaper than this blade.
also gewo is not a very popular brand.
I think if the price was 50 USD it would have sold very well.
but maybe it's not the segment gewo is trying to reach.
it's hard these days, you can get a dhs pg5 with arylate carbon for 35 bucks!!!
729 v6 also arylate carbon 25 bucks!!!!
the chinese are taking things to another level.
Even if it has both, the point of cheaper blades is a good and valid ones.
also gewo is not a very popular brand.
I know it's a major player, more limited to certain regions. In recent year Gewo is starting to become available here in my country, Indonesia. So, it's a big step.
