The cheapest you can find brand new is at prott.vip at $880 not counting shipping. The cheapest you can find in usa even used is over $1000 lol man...

The blade is amazing, really wanted to try it and it suits me perfectly! And I don't need to change it.

Provincial H3 orange sponge suits me just fine, blue is harder to play with, and I don't want to pay National prices when I don't need it and have to change rubbers every so often.

W968 Provincial would likely suit me just fine as well, I have a used one I need to try and compare.
