Do unused, not opened Butterfly blades go up in value?

I have seen people selling used, beat-up first generation Viscaria for a lot of money.

Do people actually collect them?

If so, what current blades do you think will be collectible in the future?

Lol, you are funny. There is inflation. If I were to buy unused and not opened Butterfly blades, I really am not thinking that I will beat inflation per se. It will be really kind of hobby.

What does Q, R, S mean? What does M, K mean?

I am not familiar with Butterfly products.

I just know about Viscaria, then regular ALC, now super ALC. Then there is ZLC, and now super ZLC. There is also innerforce (i.e. innercarbon).

Serial number.. each year of production particular blade , I.e. Viscaria starts with subsequent alphabet letter. From 2022 it starts from W in 2023 from X etc.. Q,R,S previous years of blade production if older than more expensive more vintage….

Got it. I went to PingSunday, our controversial website here, to find info. Serial number started 2006. Black tag ended 2008. The silver tag started 2009. Then silver tag, modified logo started 2015.

Serial number started with G in 2006. Last year was W. This year is X.

Got it.
