YuanJian ZhanLu: Another Blade from Lin Gaoyuan's own Brand

Hi,

There is a new blade from Lin Gaoyuan's own Brand YuanJian called ZhanLu, another famous Chinese Sword. It's a inner ALC Blade and currently available on Taobao in China. It's cheaper than the other two Blades from the Brand.

Anyone tried it already? How is the quality and how does it compare to other Inner ALC blades. Maybe it's similar to the DHS Hurricane Wang acB that also came out this month?

Don't think I like the design and the "Zhan" in chinese is written weirdly unsymmetrical. But what do I know, not an expert in calligraphy.

The quality on these blades is great. Even better than BTY. Jointless wood, handsome design, good handle. It is only rivaled by the South Korean blade maker and possibly Yinhe. But I would take the Yuanjian blades over them.

I recently bought and tried the moye. Seriously, the blade is extremely well made. Better than any other blade I've had. I've basically owned everything. Better than FZD SZLC, SALC and lin yunjun SZLC I have.

I ordered the gaoyuan and will get this one as well.

Has anyone else tried this blade? Based off the one review above it sounds like an easy to play blade. I contacted Gan about purchasing, but he said he doesn't carry it.

Sorry for taking too long but I have the blade. Bought 2, moye and zhang. Zhang is a little slower(inner alc), both are consistent. Moye is stiff though but the quality of these blade are just really up there. I just ordered the ganjiang since I think it might be slightly less stiff.

My favorite blade now is lin yunjun szlc. All-round good blade.

I think it's better than 301 but not long 5 or any of the other long series. Those are definitely faster and powerful.
