How about banning the illegal serves first? I am tempted to think it is a bigger "concern" than something the pros would easily deal with and not meaning a concern to the "fun" of this game."Prewarned is prearmed"
GLANTI IS GROWING A REAL CONCERN.
As a long-standing lttf contributor i'm admitted to ittf expert conversations. The issue of "frictionless" anti rubbers is a real concern and is now under discussion within ITTF.
Ittf is now prone towards banning the low friction materials with reduced surface traction such as glanti rubbers and those pips-in rubbers that have lost original traction too much.
We have now got a variety of handy instruments to easily detect low-friction materials by umpires.
