DHS Percentage on Card meaning

I’m planning to buy a DHS Hurricane King acB for singles day aliexpress as many of you know. What I want to know is on the white card that comes with all the DHS blades, what exactly does the percentage mean? I’ve attached a picture down below to show you what I mean

So lower the percentage the less bouncy it is?

Kinda digging this bouce % metric. At a given height drop the ball onto the racket and rubber. Whatever % of the original height it reaches is the rebound.

But it's pretty useless unless it's enough data points to be represented by a curve for different heights (or different speeds).

So sticky rubbers would be low bounce % at low impact but at a certain point the bounce % would sharply increase as the sponge activates and the relative energy makes the tackiness neglible.

No one knows exactly what DHS means by that, more than a decade later. The English description sounds like a meme...
