I am not sure what you mean by the frequency of ZL. There is a W81 outlayer blades available as well. But the W81 inner is more popular since then.

He means the vibration frequency. Bounce a ball on the center of the blade and measure the tone of the sound with a guitar tuner app, it will give you a maximum frequency. It has to do with the hardness and quality/consistency of the wood density.
