For some technical disfunction OOAK debarred me from regular communications on the forum owned by mr. Haggis. This is the insisting reason for me to take over this meaningful discussion to a different forum for answering your questions in a proper manner.

BASTARD SANDWICH RUBBERS IS NO LONGER ACCEPTED.

Dear ALL,
Please be informed of a proper interpretation of the use of sandwich rubbers during a competition, as follows

📛 Rule 3.2.1.3. explicitly forbids using bastard sandwich rubbers. The main purpose of the rule is to prevent players from using sandwich rubbers which are not approved by ITTF.
For this present time, ITTF does not allow a sponge to be combined with topsheet other than by means of a factory . Those hand-made sandwich rubbers are generally recognized as bastard products and shall never be used for official competitions.

NOTE: To our profound disappointment, URC subcommittee within ITTF has now produced a misleading instruction regarding the use of sandwich rubbers.

Most likely Cloudflare is getting too many bot scammers/spammers from Russian IP addresses so they are getting blocked.

So, Russians are banning themselves. Igor needs to convince his countrymen to stop scamming.

well, he does post the same thing like 5 to 10 times over the past few years
so you can't really blame anti bot programs blocking him too
