best tt shoe?

How is the ventilation of the Butterfly Lezoline or other new butterfly series shoes? I can buy them cheaper than Mizuno, so that’s why I’m wondering.

Lezolines work for me well. After a full day in them, no smell in the evening.

In terms of the EUR size classification I needed them 1 size smaller.

What about the wave medal and kaiserburg series? Are they more breathable? Or what are the differences aside price?

Kaiserburg is what you want for breathability. My Kaiserburg 7 are the lightest and most breathable by far. I own a couple of Wave Drives and have tried half a dozen models from Mizuno at the the TT shops and the main store near Kanda. Kaiserburg is what I'd be wearing (especially when I'm in Vietnam) if I had to go back to non BOA laced shoes. They have the least support, though, so they'd be better for mats than hard flooring.

Sadly Wavedrive 8 is now discontinued. I had tried looking for my size but could only find an incredibly overpriced pair from Japan. Had to settle for Wavedrive 9... While the shoe fits my foot a little better (narrower) the sole is not as flat as Wavedrive 8 and the cushioning material is harder. They also eliminated the elastic band support for the tongue and got rid of some of the cool details that made the shoe stand out. Basically, they cut costs everywhere they could and raised the price.

I have to give the best of props to Speed Art/Sanwei as their Fireflash shoe is amazing.

It looks sick, it feels sick and it performs sick. Before I kept two shoes in my bag, one for wood floor and one for PVC floor. Now I don't need that at all since this shoe works on both and it works amazingly. The grip is outstanding, honestly second to none. Take Mizuno, Butterfly, Asics, they are not even in the same dimension.
The only shoe that is in the same dimension is the Yonex Aureus Z copy from Kawasaki (maybe the original too) but I think even that doesn't match the grip.

This Sanwei/Speed Art shoe has the best grip ever, a hard boost foam midsole, has a carbon plate, it is lightweight, and had BOA lace. I have never seen a more modern shoe for table tennis ever and it is lovely.
But still it's by far, non contested feature is it's sole grip in every situation. This feature alone would make it the best table tennis shoe.

Hi, do you know the sizing on these? I am smack between size, my foot is about 273 to 275 cm which is between the 42 and 43 on these shoes. Should I go up or down a size? Thank you.
