This video is in Chinese, it is quite long to summary, anyone able to make subtitles?

Part 1:

It talks about the hero Guo Yue and how she was mistreated by the leadership
Then the same with Wang Hao (how he should retire and stop blocking Ma Long)
Then the same with ZJK
And now the same with FZD

Note. this video was made 3 months ago, it is fair to add Chen Meng in there too and it talks about FZD wanting to retire.

The title of the video:
LGL - Forcing champions to retire, Guiding his "linage", Infighting among leaderships, Power bargaining ! From fighting for the country as a Grand Slam winner to becoming the "Invisible Emperor" of Chinese Table Tennis. Unveiling the unknown stories inside the Chinese Table Tennis team.

Part 2:

Guo Yue
So she is the young hero, future goat, had all the merits and results that one could wish for
but when she became too strong, the then headcoach (SZH) opted for "out with the old and in with the new approach" by removing her and LXX to be replaced with the younger and unstable LSW and DN. This lead to China loosing to Singapore in the WTTTC and the resignation of the coach. SZH replaced champions (GY and LXX) with his own "players" (politics). GY retired from the national team at age 26 - CNT called her being fired for disciplinary issues. The last few years of her CNT career, she was basically a villian and not a hero. At 26, GY has won 33 international gold medals (yes, that is how good she was at a young age). She moved to become a provincial coach.
Fans said, hopeing LGL doesn't become another SZH

Deyavu with FZD....
FZD got his grandslam in Paris and said he wanted to retire. Rumours has it was due to internal CNT fractions/politics and abuse (Guo Yue no 2??).
This raise action from ZJK's fans saying ZJK had the same treatment when ZJK reached his height and the alledge gambling punishments - unfair punishment.

after the poor treatment of FZD and ZJK, fans started to dislike LGL, orginally from praises and agreement to LGL style to calls to investigate LGL's actions.

Wang Hao was another victim.
in 2013, everyone thought or wanted WH to retire, but WH didn't want to, feeling he is still young enough and good enough to fight. WH beat Ma Long in the semi finals, the 3rd time WH had beaten Ma Long in the world champs singles. and during TV shows, LGL used the joke of "Wang Hao destroyed (beaten) another one of my general". LGL said Wang Hao is like a tv series, never stops and that WH had blocked Ma Long for 6 years.

(I guess most people will take it as a joke, but when your boss keep talking to you like that, what would you feel? toxic work environemnt?)
It was clear that LGL wanted to Ma Long to shine and Wang Hao needed to go and for WH to give ML the crown. a month after the last show TV show with LGL's comment, WH actually retired - and upon interview, giving praises to how LGL retired young and became headcoach at 27 years old. But he also said in Europe, Europeans gold age is around 32 or so but he said the next genereation (Chinese) is here, and he can't forever block them.

Fans started to feel WH is a curse for Ma Long over the years (portrayed by LGL).
WH was also cursed with 3 silver og medals.
2014 Dec, at age 31, Wang Hao retired

Guo Yue lost in WTTC finals two editions prior. 2006 to Tie Yana, 2008 to Li Jiawei. Plus I remember she was on a losing streak to foreign players in 2010, 7 players was the record I think and continued to struggle in the subsequent Asian Games (losing 0-2, 0-7 to a TPE player and losing the championship to LXX after leading 3-0). So her exclusion in the 2010 finals made sense to me. Perhaps swapping Ding Ning and Guo Yan would have made the difference since Ding Ning already showed instability playing Fukuhara in the semifinals.

yep,
but how much behind the scene politics between players and coach, we don't know
If there was a very toxic environment that influence players poor performance, we tend to only blame the players.
Guo Yue is just one incident prior to LGL.
LGL himself has been behind many toxic working environment situations. ZJK injury and forcing him to take part in dinners (in LGL's own restaurant) over going to hospital is just one of those examples.

I think CNT just has too many young champions in the making
so once your work horse has peaked, its okay to let them go, because you have another in waiting.
In other countries, these peaked champions would not have increased toxic environments to face, normally it is for the new comers, not the super stars.
