Hello, I’ve been playing TT for 17 years. I have a Jet800 N1, as I like to play both power and spin with some control for placement. I prioritize top spin, and my Killerspin Jet800 N1 is about 8 years old with almost daily play. I’m looking to replace either the rubbers or buy a new blade and rubbers with similar setup. I don’t enjoy only wood blades and really enjoy the feel of what I currently have. Does anybody have recommendations for improved paddle? I’m really hoping for a similar feel and my worn equipment is holding me back.

Years of experience doesn't necessarily translate to a certain skill level. Especially using a 8yo premade, chances are your level of spin control and understanding is still pretty much beginner.
I think what you need for a decision is to know what your goal is. Do you want to advance in terms of spin, and generally add more depth to your stroke, go for a custom build. Colestt is a place that's often mentioned for good advice.

In general, if you want to grow, you have to increase your boundaries. If you want to play what's comfortable to you, you already know what to buy.
Regardless of skill level, talking equipment level the suggestions in the thread above are all going to be giving you an improved performance ceiling. Just don't expect any rubber to last 8 years.

I definitely would like to grow! I’ve been using a coworkers custom paddle and it completely changed my game, I was just hoping to find some suggestions similar are a slight improvement to what I had in terms of feel. I don’t know enough about the paddle to get a similar blade and rubbers. Any new rubbers will definitely be better than what I have!
