Miu Hirano playing well
Kinda lost really badly to Lin Shidong and Huang Youzheng really badly at consecutive world championships which may have done him in in domestic rankings. Although the team is trying to inject "new blood" and fresher momentum into their competitive spirit, Only very few youngsters can get the chances at the biggest events.

Chances for his ascent now depends on how charitable and adventurous the decision makers in the team are. Nowadays it's not looking really good. He basically has to win on the rare chance that he plays to remain in the coaches' consciousness or beat someone big like TH, LYJ or FL.
Nah, he would just play on tour then, there has to be something else going on as well. He might just be recuperating from something undisclosed. I don't even remember him in Superleague, but that could just have been me not watching enough matches.

The thing is tho that even for feeders and contenders he doesn’t get picked. And if he didn’t play super league, it must be because he’s injured or smth.

What did I do to my game????? :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:
I joke about it but it's not just jokes. He's not been as sharp since WYC which is the first tournament he was using it at. I am keeping my eye out for the sudden appearance of edge tape covering red sponge...

The format of Asian cup is pretty good. At least every player gets to play at least three matches. And it gives lower ranking players more chances to beat higher ones. How comes is is not getting more popular?
This used to be the old world cup format. I liked it better but they decided to do smaller groups for lower ranked players and direct knockouts for top seeds.

Every tt players will look at their blade when everything goes wrong. Even the amateurs with dignics 09c and Super ALC or W968 and H3 Star player edition.

I never look on blade. What point to look on it? I know if i missed table its me, not racket fault

No, not everyone does this. OJS didn't do it much before from what I had noticed but he is doing it frequently in the past 3 months. Most notable against Redzimski 0-3 in Doha. When someone who is a very safe player is suddenly losing very winnable matches mostly off of unforced errors, it makes you wonder.

I’m interested in how close that blade will be to

im guessing he's going almost all andro right now. The blade, the rubbers, even the shoes and shirt.
yep.
its actually a very complicated matter to be honest.
blade/rubber pairing can make or break a player.

Over the past 10+ years, I know some that are happy with brands made customized blades and some that never really adapted to it. Some to the extend that you would buy your own blades and send them to the brand for handle changes.
There were also times where the brand found out you used other brand rubbers and payment of fines (as per contract) was enforced, and also those where the brands blade/rubbers helped a great deal.

So, after 10+ years, this is still a complicated matter,
some brands do allow mixed brand usage to a certain level, but ultimately, all brands are trying to lock in 100%, which to be honest, can be quite tough for both parties.
