Nope, no one is blocking you, the forum just seems to time-out for you, which appears to be related to routing between you and the OOAK forum server, or something to do with your setup (VPN perhaps?).
It may also be related to the massive swarm of bots that have been targeting the forum in the last week, so security (Cloudflare) had to be stepped up.

Igor, does this not warrant a response from you? All too often you start threads with bold claims and then fail to respond to people's input/ objections to your topic, preferring instead to just let your bold claim sit there as your sole statement.
