I can't help on that, I don't know Viscaria or less expensive blades that are similar
But don't make the mistake (in the search for blades that you hope will deliver the 'Viscaria feel') of dropping €30 here, €40 there an by the time you've bought 2 or 3 you'll realise you'd have been better to just save the money and get a Viscaria in the first place.
Your TT will likely be better too as you'll spend more time with the same blade as opposed to chopping and changing from one to another.

You could try to get the Yinhe D-715 or Stiga Inspira Plus. I think these are better than most Viscarias. It's not so easy to buy a good Viscaria, many of them are dull, slow, in comparison and their handles are a bit thin (for me). If you like a bit thinner handle then maybe original Viscaria is more suitable. Otherwise I would take the Yinhe or Stiga for the better performance. I don't think they are much cheaper tho, maybe just a bit.

I would say on lower power shots yes, more bouncy. But when I start to hit hard Vis for me feels a bit soft and flexy.
On lower power shots I kind of like the bit bouncy and soft Vis more but I rarely win with weak shots and the extra speed of the blade isn't bad if you use slower rubbers like Hurricane or Glayzers or something similar.
I like fast attack play so for me it's super bad if the ball comes back.
Bit I guess I like the Stiga inspira plus more coz of the thicker handle and a slightly bigger head size and that bit more speed when I need it.

I used 5 minutes- bouncy but it is for Bluegrip C1/C2 or chinese rubbers and I see on Instagram that China players use the Inner True Carbon.
True Carbon was popular in China .
Dhs 506 x/a - its not that cheap

My choice is Donic Anders Lind or Viscaria because you will not find nothing better
