FS: Hugo Calderano's Personal Blade - Xiom Hugo HAL

I received this blade in Japan when Hugo was playing there. I, unfortunately, cannot give a detailed story of who I received it from since I don't want to get anyone in trouble.

The condition can be seen in the pictures.

The price is 400€, still relatively low compared with the blades in prott.

now that Hugo swiped the floor with the chinese I was able to sell his personal blade

interesting this blade has an ayous core instead of kiri but still the axilium layer in orange. so this is definitly a special edition and will not play like one you could buy! maybe it was a test version between HAL and SAL

but still crazy what people pay for a damaged blade…

Do we know regular HAL does not use Ayous as it's core layer?

Technically, OP didn't say the buyer paid the full € 400,00.

Regular HAL is Kiri core. SAL has ayous core

what is the difference in feeling and playing properities?

kiri is lighter so you can use denser layers without getting to heavy or too stiff. but ayous is more elastic so gives more extra kick on stronger input. but light or thick ayous core can feel hollow and can vibrate a lot.
usually outer carbon blades have kiri core and inner carbon blades have ayous core.
these are some bits i know about woods but a blademaker will know way more!

Anyone who pays 400 euros for a damaged blade clearly has more money than sense. But congrats anyway lol
