Ive gone back to D09c on FH and (maybe its this current sheet) but ive found it to be far faster than previous and especially on 3/5 ball harder to handle than previously. The catapult seems more than i remember.
Has anyone got any alternatives that are slower on that counter shot or maybe have less throw that would be a bit easier to control. I think 09c is perfect if your playing a bit further away from the table but not so much closer up?
Glayzer 09c?

Maybe - maybe. I did try it when it first came out and i really didn't like it. But that was a while back.
Might be worth another shot.
TBH i think i need to decide sticky and just go H3 or not and probably move away from hybrids.
Several top players are moving away from hybrids again - makes sense because while you do gain a little bit on one end, you're always giving up something else instead. As a top player you have to exploit your strong points to the max if you want to compete with the other top players. Compromise is rarely a good solution there.

And while most of us on the forums are mere mortals, the same does apply to us. We have to exploit our strengths if we are to beat those of similar level. If your strength is in fast, pressurizing play, compromising that using a tacky or semi tacky rubber makes little sense. But if your strength is taking control of the rally with powerful spin and strong swings, then using a bouncy EuroJap will compromise that.

Giant Dragon does offer a superior product much similar to Dignics. You should get version HА 48 -- the hardest sponge available.

Be happy.
