Well what to say? I guess the list is like best sticky FH rubbers that don't need boosting that are made in China. I think many people like me don't fancy boosting that much, so we look for the holy grail of rubbers that is like a boosted H3N BS for cheap.

My list is below but probably incomplete, and as a reminder no boost, not even factory boost.

-1, Pinyi Cuifeng 39-40deg. I think this has the most potential as a non boosted H3 BS alternative. It's about as fast as Rozena or Glayzer, quite sticky, has bounce, feels good to use, it's cheap as hell at 14USD in China, durable and you can feel the ball's weight very well on your racket, maybe next to none on this regard. Negative is that it's a bit on the heavy side and pretty much unavailable besides taobao or certain sellers.

-2, Quanshibao F1, I can say about the same as the Cuifeng but it's a bit slower, a bit less catapulty and a bit less durable, a bit more expensive at 18USD and it's a bit lighter. I think it's a huge win rubber.

-3, Loki Arthur China, I'm pretty sure it's a different manufacturer and different concept but good sticky grip, good speed, has some bounce, not too heavy, used to be cheap but it's actually getting expensive, consistency of the sponge is so-so and it possibly can bubble up fast so durability is questionable at best and shit at worst. However it performs very well until it lasts.

-4, Double Fish Qiji red sponge (spin). It's a bit similar to the Loki but durability is better, the topsheet has some magic, it stays sticky forever, sponge is bouncy enough, bit heavy but it's like a D09c lite.

-5, Hurricane 8-80, also a bit like a D09c lite, but weight is all over the place, from 49g cut to 55g, H8 topsheet is very sticky, it has some bounce but also very hit and miss, durability is good. I think it's a fairly safe rubber to get.

-6, Quanshibao P1, weird since the manufacturer rates this above F1 in all metrics, but I disagree. I think too hard and heavy, F1 is much better.

-7, Sanwei New Target National, light, cheap, available, durable, good stick, decent speed, linear catapult, but kinda flat arc, I feel like the sponge doesn't support much at all so it bottoms out fast on hard blades. On slow soft blades it's not fast enough.

-8, Palio The Way, initially I said this is like a 50 degree ESN killer and I think so and maybe even a first rubber to enter the sticky Chinese rubber world. For that reason I would recommend it the most. Perfromance is quite good and easy to use, OK weight, however for me the sponge didn't last long, after 2 hours it felt amazing after 10 hours it felt broken. I know most people won't break the sponge like I do but I'm telling you that if you hit hard maybe it will become unpredictable faster than others.

-9, H3N, yeah if you don't boost H3N is about here.

I didn't try everything Chinese but this is a pretty comprehensive list for some people to get started or acquainted to Chinese rubbers.

Some mentioned from others which I didn't try but could be good:
-Quanshibao S08
-Chonglan Lanfeng

I would vote for Yinhe Big Dipper and Jupiter 3.

And Double Fish Volant
I said without boost is the rule. Big dipper boosted, also factory boosted I don't see it above H3N, Jupiter 3 Asia also boosted so meh.

Double Dish Volant slightly boosted would be around H8-80 or H3N factory level.

I like Dianchi D, factory boosted for sure but it felt like H3 with a bit more bounce. Also my sheet was super sticky
I can respect that, and maybe out of the pack the Dianchi D is better than H3N OS prov. But still disqualified since it's factory boosted. H3N maybe also factory boosted but I have my doubts recently that DHS is not doing it just shitting on the glue layer and telling everyone to swallow their crap.

I am in love with 729 Battle 2 - this has been my go to rubber for years. Started from regular version (without boosting) and slowly transitioned to National version (no boosting).
I have no idea if it is factory boosted or not (pretty sure the regular version is not), but for me it plays the same even after 2-3-4 months of usage (except in the beginning when it needs time to break).

I just can't stand the low throw angle. I prefer the Battle Max

Dianchi seems expensive though. Is it worth the $30?
For me it's about as much as a sheet of commercial H3N but the quality was much better. I did get it on a blade I bought second hand (barely used).
If you like the character of a tacky H3 but add just a little bit of pop for slower balls, it's a lovely rubber. It feels pretty similar to H3 besides that bit of bounce.

But it's factory boosted and that does wear off.

1, Pinyi Cuifeng 39-40deg.
Are you referring to the blue sponge or the purple sponge one? I think they advertise the blue sponge as boosting-optional while purple sponge is boosting-unnecessary. I haven't been able to find the purple one even on Taobao.

Isn't everything factory boosted these days? I've heard that STN3 smells for days coming out of the package. Do you draw the line at a physical booster layer that you can see like on H3N? If so, the latest BD5 from this year does not have it. BD5 is marketed heavily on the no-need-to-boost aspect. They even print it on the sponge lol.

Another cost-effective choice would be RKT Hyper-Power. I can vouch that it does not come vacuum sealed. Though I use the soft version on my BH, so I can't speak to how well the hard version works on FH.

How does it play compared to single hardness rubber?

How is rebound and throw angle?
It has more gears with high control. I played h3, rxton 9 for many years. Was no problem switching. Throw angle is not that different, but it is a tad slower on low impact balls and when you hit harder, the sound changes and it feels like a little turbo is activated

Good call. Blue sponge one. It doesn't need boost and a bit lighter than purple. I actually was lucky enough to buy purple when it was still manufactured. I liked it a lot too just very heavy. 55-57g cut.
BD5 i will search on taobao if it looks interesting I might try.

I am using Loki Rxton 3 PRO on FH and
H3 commercial on the BH . nice and sticky and i don't care about the weight.
Not everyone is a strong old goat like you.😏 Actually my gf uses Rxton 3 pro on FH too since light and easy to use. But she's just a very casual hobby player.

Not sure where Nittaku H3 Turbo Blue/Orange is produced (probably japanese sponge?), but these are good unboosted
Yes, jap sponges. Very high quality and the blue one is nice but 60+g cut so I only advise it with pips or very light BH rubber. I think the orange is very meh and not that much lighter either

This jupiter 3 tour / national blue sponge is a gem. It is a very good and durable alternative to h3 neo.
It is best with one layer of booster for the harder versions and I think it comes "pre-tuned" but it's totally usable without booster - and the boosting effect doesn't really seem to wear away.

It is very tacky and great for serve / recieve - even better than h3n imo. It is faster with a longer arc than h3n.
I prefer a freshly boosted sheet of h3n but this lasts a lot longer without needing re-boosting.
Definitely worth the price.
