Tibhar K2 Pro vs K2 Pro Purple

Noticed that there is two K2 pros, one with a cream colored sponge which is normal K2 pro, and another one with a purple sponge called K2 pro purple. Has anyone tried these two rubbers? What are the differences between them? To my knowledge, Jorgic plays with K2 Pro Normal and Annett Kaufmann plays K2 Pro Purple, both on FH

I thought the K2 Pro had the purple sponge and the normal K2 has the cream colored sponge. I know Jorgic was using K2 sometime in the past but wasn't he most recently using K3 Pro?

I've only tried k2 pro, 4 years ago or something like that. Rock hard sponge compared to regular k2, and a completely non-tacky topsheet. Basically, nothing in common with k2, completely different rubber.

No I saw a recent photo where he is using K2 pro. There is two K2 pro products that I see on stores right now, normal pro with cream colored sponge, and the pro with purple sponge

That’s interesting, is the hardness of K2 pro comparable with H3?

k2 was 54 degrees ESN, k2 pro was harder. There are both softer and harder H3s.

Would you say K2 pro has similar hardness to say a 37-38 degree H3? Or harder/softer?

I've only ever used 39 degree H3s and k2 hardness was very similar.

New K2 pro purple is not sticky. IT looks like new k3 rubber but with different quality

The problem is throw. Not sticky, hard, fast with low throw. I dont like that and waste money ( purple version)

Jorgic used K2 Pro and Anett used the rubber too. Jorgic probably switch to K3 but I Sony know
