Lighter weight DHS Hurricane 3 alternative ?

Kindly recommend DHS Hurricane 3 style rubber but lighter in weight.

Neo is lighter than non Neo (provincial version), are you sure???
I haven't compared provincial versions, but I would have glued hundreds of commercial ones over the years, both neo and non-neo, and the neo almost always feels significantly lighter, even when marked with the same hardness. I say 'almost' because there will always be some exceptions, with DHS's famous quality control. :)

Do you add your own glue and do you boost it?

I was under the impression that due to the glue layer and pretreated sponge it must be heavier and that the glue layer was kind of useless…
